Cancellation Policy
A no-call, no-show will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled service if you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment time.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 60% cancellation fee.
• A $10 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 10 minutes late. After 15 minutes, the appointment will be canceled and the no-show policy will apply.
